Samantha's 2008 costume?...big surprise there

Celebrating H-ween by livin' la vida loca- orange and black sprinkles-woot woot!

Well, bleeps, it's going to be a quick post because I can only find a few photos from Halloweens past that I have digitized and uploaded. Happy Haunting!

Charlotte truly was our Princess - 2008

Ooh, and 12+ years ago....Samantha's consume? Yup, some things never change

This photo of my bro, Steven, is so classic, it needs a replay on the blog

I have no idea what I was supposed to be...a desperate housewife when the ideal was Peg Bundy?

I was obsessed with all things dental even from a very young age

Here's my official PSA to the blogosphere...(can you see my finger wagging?)... remember to BRUSH and FLOSS after consuming your treats! Happy Haunting...

Q: Abby had a great Q the other day that I'm going to out-right steal: If you went trick-or-treating (embarrassing I know, as most of you are grown adults) what would you want to see most in your plastic pumpkin (or pillow case if you are really old school)? Calories, cavities, tummy aches have no bearing on our imaginary wish list... :-) Mine: Reese's peanut butter cups, M&Ms (all sorts), tootsie rolls, malt balls, atomic fireballs, See's Chocolate suckers *why oh why did they discontinue the Peanut Butter flavor!?!??!?, Abba Zabbas.

Peg Bundy and toothpaste. Thanks for a hearty laugh this morning Deb...still too dark for my walk!

Hmm, when I used to trick-or-treat, I always wanted the sugary stuff, never chocolate - think Sweet Tarts, Jolly Ranchers, Twizzlers, etc. Now, I'd love Andes Mints, Bite-sized Snickers, and Reeses cups. I didn't like chocolate that much until after my Trick-or-Treating days were over.

Love the devil kitties :)

The devil and the princess are too cute.

And so are those lowly humans -- very funny and as adorable.

Milky ways and Mars Bars (long before your time) would be my choice.

Happy Haunting.

Great pics and PSA! You will like what I put in my kids' christmas stockings...new brushes, paste and floss!

Hahaha! That toothpaste costume is the best! My fave candies? Love the sour gummy stuff!

Baahahaha, love the toothpaste costume :P Kinda reminds me of those Listerine commercials...

My pumpkin bucket would contain almost ALL Reese's peanut butter cups, with a few Oh Henry's, tootsie pops, rockets and Ruffles thrown in for good measure.

Oh hell, I'll just eat whatever you give me :P

It's quality, not quantity, and those are some fun pictures (why, oh why, do I love cats dressed up in costumes?).

Anyway, the list on my blog was stuff I would actually eat today and like to see in my bucket. If I chose ANYTHING to pig out on with no backlash, I would still like to find Newman's PB Cups, but also Oreos, mini-anything--Baby Ruth, Caramellos, those boxes with three Milk Duds, etc.

Happy Halloween, friend!

Matthew and I love the photo of you as Crest. That is just classic.

And Sam looks so cute and yet so evil :)

Favorite candies...Snickers, Hershey's kisses, Starbursts, and Almond M&M's. I can eat Starbursts at an alarming speed. Very odd. What a fun game of pretend!

But the real question is, Did Samantha actually go trick or treating?

VG- thanks- you're so sweet to always have nice things to say about FBFs & Samantha <3

Heabs. Interesting how your tastes have changed. You and I would claw each other's eye's out on H-ween as we seem to like the same things now :-)

Low, Thinny and AR- yes, you'd think that after 14 yrs we could come up with a different costume for her. I guess it just shows her true colors. Having said that I awoke to her gently stroking my face with her paw this morning- as if to say "who me?? a devil???"

Erika- wow, you're a better person than me. Even given my field, I would still give out sticky candy and let the poor buggars find their own toothbrushes :-)

Susan- ruffles and rockets?? Must investigate!

Anon- OMG OREOS, how could I forget OREOS!!

THinny- I play that game from time to time "if calories were no object..." A girl can dream, can't she?

Allie- oh, how cute would that be?
