In keeping with Janetha's fun Flashback Fridays, I wanted to walk down memory lane with my 'little' brother. He's 4 years younger than me- it's true, but that matters less and less as WE get older and older- HA! :-D
He lives not too far away in the San Fernando valley with his lovely wife and furry child, Tofu. We get together often and truly enjoy each others' company. He's an avid record and wine collector and is also a computer (Mac) genius. He's also the kind of guy who goes to a Dodger game and within minutes is talking and laughing with perfect strangers all around him. Yes, he's that cool guy.
So now...I present....Steve...

What great family pics...I feel like I'm getting to "know them" thru these! And thanks for telling me you almost shaved off your finger on your mandolin too...sorry bout your fingey, but makes me feel less..uuummm, blonde :) Now get off the blogs and go read your beloved magazines!! xoox
LMAO at the Gene Simmons costume! I have one older bro and he always was Gene and he painted me up as Chris, the drummer. Oh yea, we did the red food coloring blood and everything while the cats were away!
Another thing in common, yes, the Brit hubbies! And I knew Thinny's dh was British as well - that was how we kicked off our friendship (and she lives in my SIL's current city).
Have a great weekend!
Love these Friday posts Deb. Both you and your brother are too cute. Brothers are the best, no?
I'm with you mom - the green velvet suit was pretty darn cute. :)
I love all your pictures, and your brother is one of the most amazing persons I have ever met, but then again, all your family is amazing.
Awww, makes me miss my "little" bro (but he's 6'4''!"). I love the prom/homecoming pic...that is fantastic.
We need to start a blogger's society for Foodies with British Hubbies :) I nominate you, Michelle, and me as co-Presidents ;)
P.S. I forget if I've asked you already...does your hubs still have his accent? Curious to know if Matt will lost his! (Oh I hope not!)
VG- thanks...I always think it might be boring for non-familia to see the photos, so thanks for saying that :-)
Averie-my girlfriend accuses me of being a natural blond :-)
Michelle- impressed about the food dye for blood! We'll have to do guest posts for the DHs (my hubby's initials are actually DH!)
HEABs- yes, brothers are da best. Yours looks pretty cute too :-)
Ari- :-)
Thinny- good idea on the sub-group of Brit-married bloggers. And don't you worry your pretty little head- your hubs will never EVER lose his accent. Trust me! :-D
I love flashback Fridays!! It's so much fun looking back through old pictures of you and your brother - I can tell you guys have a really great relationship. Every time Friday rolls along I forget about flashing back!! I'm glad you and Janetha remember - it's so much fun reading the posts!
Samantha looks just like my little kitten Minnie!!!! SOOO CUTE!!
Flashback Friday --my fave.
What a great Bro you have. Adorable through the years. And what a great Sis you are to star him in your blog.
My bro also deserves a starring role and if I had a blog, he'd get one.
